CHIN ATELIER / THE PROFILE EDITION
BEAUTY, WITH A SENSE OF SELF

Your familiar face.
A fresh perspective.

Sometimes it is the smallest relationship between features that draws your attention: the chin beneath the lips, the outline of the jaw, the balance of the nose in profile.

A considered chin procedure begins with that relationship. It asks what you want to refine, what you want to preserve, and how the whole face will read together. Our role is to bring the options, the people and the practical details into focus—so your next step feels well understood.

THE QUESTION THAT CHANGES THE CONVERSATION

“What are we changing—
and why?”

Projection

How far the chin sits forward in relation to the surrounding features. A profile concern may involve the chin itself or a wider jaw relationship.

Proportion

Height, width and symmetry can influence the face differently. More forward projection is not the same as a longer or narrower chin.

Preservation

Your smile, front-view character and preferences deserve space in the plan. Bring the features you want to keep to the discussion.

05 / A CONSULTATION WORTH HAVING

Bring your vision.
Leave with clarity.

A reference photograph can start a conversation. A complete plan should explain the proposed change, its limitations, the alternatives and the recovery involved.

01

“What is causing the concern I see?”

Ask the surgeon to separate bone position, soft tissue and bite relationships.

02

“Why this approach for my face?”

Compare the recommendation with another procedure or no treatment.

“What will recovery require of me?”

Clarify support, review appointments, travel clearance and care at home.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST CONVERSATION

A few questions.
A clearer beginning.

Is chin augmentation the same as jaw surgery?

No. An isolated chin procedure changes the chin contour or position. Jaw surgery moves tooth-bearing parts of the jaw and may address bite relationships. A bite concern deserves its own assessment.

Which approach will look most natural?

That depends on your starting anatomy, the proposed change and your preferences. Ask your surgeon to explain the plan from front, side and three-quarter views, including what will remain unchanged.

Can I discuss both implants and genioplasty?

Yes. Ask why each is or is not suitable for your particular concern, what it would change, and how the risks and recovery differ.

How long should I remain in Korea?

Build travel around the treating team's assessment, surgery and review schedule. Obtain individual travel-clearance advice and allow flexibility if more follow-up is needed.

Will a simulation show my exact result?

No. A simulation is a communication and planning aid. It cannot reproduce every aspect of tissue response and healing.

How can I contact a clinic?

Use the international website buttons in the clinic features or detailed profiles. Confirm current services, the treating surgeon and consultation arrangements directly with the team.
